The Pointstreak Team Locker Room is an online team locker room that helps Team Managers organize their team and connects teammates. This website is a free service provided by Pointstreak.com Inc. that is separate from its statistical service, www.pointstreak.com, and therefore is not bound by the terms of any prior service agreements between Pointstreak.com and 3rd parties, such as sports organizations, leagues, partners, etc. By accessing this website, www.pointstreak.net (herein referred to as the website”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website. The software, systems, designs, statistical data and logos (herein referred to as the materials) contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law and are intellectual property owned by Pointstreak.com Inc (herein referred to as the Company). The Company rights the unrestricted right to suspend, delete or ban user accounts if any of these Terms of Use have been violated.

User License

Permission is granted to the user to access Pointstreak.net's Team Locker Room by the Company through the authorized Team Manager and Player sign up processes found on the website. This is the grant of a user license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the website materials
• share user login access with 3rd parties with the intent of reproduction or with 3rd parties deemed as competitive to Pointstreak's interests
• use the website for any commercial purpose
• attempt to decompile, parse, scrape or reverse engineer any materials contained on the website
• remove any Company copyright or other proprietary notations from the website or data; or transfer content to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server or website without the Company's permission.

This license shall automatically terminate if the user violates any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Pointstreak.com Inc. at any time. The Company considers the materials on this website intellectual property and reserves the right of legal action and protection.

All statistical information displayed via www.pointstreak.net and generated from integration with Pointstreak.com's patented “Electronic Gamesheet System” is copyrighted with full rights reserved by Pointstreak.com Inc. Please note the Company is NOT responsible in any manner whatsoever for the accuracy, maintenance or timeliness of statistical or league content information found on the website, even if generated from Pointstreak's.com website, www.pointstreak.com. When copying and displaying statistical information that has been collected on Pointstreak's system, you must quote our copyright in the following format: "Pointstreak © [insert current year] - www.pointstreak.com".

User Content

User is solely responsible for any and all user-generated contented uploaded or linked to on the website. It is understood the Company reserves the right, but is not obligated, to investigate complaints or monitor the user content and the Company reserves the right to remove, delete or modify user content without notice, approval or appeal. The Company reserves the right to remove, delete or modify any content deemed to be illegal, offensive due to racism, sexism, sexual orientation or otherwise found to violate the rights of other individuals.
